White elves have been extinct since the Godtime. They formerly lived on the highest slopes of the Spike, above the region inhabited by the Green Elves. I don't know what sort of whacky plant they were associated with , but its likely no longer around, although it might be findable through HQing, as might the White Elves themselves.
