Is not a major power as of now. In the past, the Vadeli were one of the great powers and they may be so again in the future.

You've left out Hoom Jhis, the Dynast of Flanch in the Maslo who has a large fleet of catamarans and liberated most of Northern Pamaltela from the Vadeli. He was trying to conquer it but failed in that task.
Also the fleets of Golden Kareeshtu numerous making it one of the greatest naval powers. The Kralori have a massive fleet but never send it beyond the inland sea.
Loskalm has a sizable fleet of longships that have experience in fighting the Red Island Pirates and the Yggites. Since Harrek the Beserk went south, they've found it much easier to pay Yggites to make the journey to see Harrek.
Other minor naval powers include the Prince of Melib, the Uz of Jrustela (black galleys), the Vormaini Fleet in the Hinter Isles, the Pirates of Alatan, the Cement Ships of Slon plus perhaps the Purple Ship of the Luatha.
