The myth in KoS says that the other goddesses tried to marry the Boggles first, but they couldn't withstand the natural Disorder power. Only Uleria's powers of Love could resist the Boggle's Disorder. IMO this power had to be based on Harmony, so Uleria's powers of Love should stem from the Harmony rune, not Fertility.
On the other side, if Death severs life and Spirit from the body, then it must be opposed by Fertility, the opposite power to Death. Fertility forces Death from the wound to Heal it, and can restore the link of Spirit to the body through Resurrection. So Chalana Arroy should specialize in Fertility, and Harmony should be secondary.
Also, take a careful look at which cults resist and teach against the use of violence; Earth cults like Ernalda, and most importantly, Challana Arroy, who requires vows against all use of force. These views and vows are a living opposition to the power of Death and must logically stem from a tie to Fertility. The strength of Challana's vows strongly suggest that her tie to Fertility is stronger than Ernalda's, and must be her major rune, not Harmony.
If the vows stemmed from Harmony, then hunters couldn't use Harmony/Death. If the vows stemmed from Challana's one rune of Fertility, then Uleria would have even stronger vows against violence as the possessor of Fertility.
An oath against violence and Death must, of necessity, belong to the cult that controls Fertility and embraces life, which is Challana, and it must be her major rune.
As a side note, if Uleria really possessed Fertility/Infinity, then her followers would be -very- fertile and no contraception could be allowed, so Uleria bastards would be overrunning most cities. Bob Stancliff
