Why throw out the name? Doing so is simply a mark of complete lack of creativity.

Some suggestions:

Anointing Bay.
Bay of the Anointed.
Oil Bay.
Bay of Oil.
Chosen Bay.
Bay of the Chosen.

SOOOOOO simple, no?
