It can mean the following:
People of a specific modern ethnic persuasion.
Any one of a number of languages ("dialects" if you bought into the
military/fascist coup's propaganda a few decades ago in Greece).
A Church or group of Churches.
Being Christian in and of itself (yes, it has been used like that in the
19th century, at least--specifically in Greece while it was under the
Ottoman Empire).
A "certain practice" <ahem>.
I see nothing wrong with "overloading" "Orlanthi".
But what "certain practice" <ahem> would go along with "Orlanthi"?
