It's a gloranthan title. No Gloranthan really much cares about the precise derivation of Pharoah from Per O/"Great House" because in Glorantha, Pharaoh was not derived from that word. Thus arguments about Pharaoh _not_ being a title are a tad irrelevant.

Egyptians used it to refer to their king since the 18th dynasty.
