new Moon Design book

the glorantha.com site suddenly says that a new Moon design book is to be published in Feb 2000!!!

since we heard of the new 'Pavis and Big Rubble' so well in advance, I'm quite taken by surprise even though I knew it was on the way

does anyone have any details on this?
Is there an early-bird price again (ie shipping free)
