Tents and blankets. Camping where you have some protection from wind helps, as well as sticking to areas which are not quite so cold. The Agis around the Weis cut tend to sleep in caves. Temperatures in caves usually remain constant and above freezing.

Bear in mind that it's also uncomfortable for Praxians to raid during such cold (try it) and that Agimori don't have any Herd animals, or even slaves to take. There isn't much point in raiding them.
