Naughty Peter! That "point" was made in a Gloranthan document translated by Ray Turney, and is clearly not written by a Chaotic. That is, it's a theory about how much Chaotics must hate themselves, written (apparently) by someone who hates Chaotics. Subjective, not objective.

Contents are freeform writeups from "The Broken Council" (c.50 pages), "How The West Was One" (c.15 pages), and seminar transcripts (c.60 pages). Some of the seminars were very interesting, especially a lengthy address from Greg Stafford while he was working out Dara Happan and Lunar beliefs, but before his head got stuck in the bucket. Worth a look, if you can find a copy.
