(IMO, if they couldn't succeed martially, Philosophical Main Line of Soclares-Platon-Aristoteles should be forgotten in great time-stream)
If my careless application is admitted, Roman Civilization had a greatest war Empire in AD2 and Decadence in AD14, Millenium is needed.

(I think Argrath's last word hints that civilization collapse and Chaos inducing make Cycle of time: Nysalorian Empire, and GL Empire, Lunar Empire. Arachne Solara intervened these cases.
