For some reason this Proxy business reminds me of Ralzakark of Dorastor, and the KoS reference to the Red Moon Goddess at Castle Blue having shadows that were better than her... (for give my lack of detail - I don't have the literature in front of me) Of course if The Emperor has to actually loan powers and/or skills to create his proxies then this is a possible outcome for him as well.
Does anyone have an insight into how the Emperor creates these proxies?
