Eastern mystics do not ignore cult restrictions (although they can refute Chaos and other things). Illuminates are able to ignore cult restrictions because they have the realization that everything is wrong yet do not know how to seek the Ultimate Reality (Durapdur, Ouroboros etc) that mystics do. Because of this ignorance, they are blind to any cosmic danger that may occur as a result of their actions.

Zolathism was around before Sheng Seleris and in Peloria, it was combined with Kerestus of which the end result is the Order of Day.
