Yep, sequel to "Tarsh War". Chris has run it at a couple of cons.

Well, it's related. "Hunt for Red Storm Season" is a dozen-player "smaller freeform" where the players are members of the Lunar Presidium. It was written before "Life of Moonson", and was greatly influential. But the two games aren't the same. And the Soviet chic in RSS is far more obvious.
