During the earliest point of the Hero Wars (ca 1610-1620), Harshax was an
individual Sartarite rebel. Evidently, Harshax's descendents cemented
their hold on their region post-Argrath and became "the Harshax". Much
as "Caesar" started out as a name and became a title.
