Clearly this was a problem of Issaries facing deadlines and not having time. I believe they are looking for someone to help create an index that can be posted to their web site.
BTW, a couple points to make reading the rules easier: underlined o is really 1/4, omega is really 1/2, and umlaut-o is really ellipsis (...).

When I converted from RQ2 to RQ3, I discovered my character had lost many abilities. I think the same would be true switching to Hero Wars. The *character* would be the same, but she wouldn't play the same way. And we're talking about playing, not writing stories.
