It seems likely to work as a relatively 'peaceful' opposed quest: Issaries HQers could do this as one route to get gonza bargaining, Glamour, or whatever magic, while the Trickster is trying to get a 'con artist' type power.

A Big Success (as it were) for one would presumably basically mug the other of all ability in the corresponding area...
