King of Dragon Pass has an ISBN number too, but that doesn't mean that Amazon.com carries it (they offered is rather ridiculous terms). The store would have to deal with the publisher, or more likely a book distributor. This may happen in time, but it's not automatic.

As for the Martin rune, having met most of the Martins involved (though not Mr Hawley), I can conclusively say that it's owned by Martin King (if only because of his name).
