From Greg's description at the excellent Tentacles Con this weekend, the event has more to do with Kralori in Kralorela, jumping up and down in sync (or, performing interesting Draconic/Mystical rituals) at one end of a Draconic Feng Shui Ley Line, in order to ensure something dramatic happens at the far-distant other end.
Of course, I may not have been paying enough attention...
