This first appeared in "King of Sartar", though many of us were expecting it long before that. Those barbarians never will learn that knocking down the celestial bodies which rule mighty empires *always* makes things worse, and they're *always* sorry about it in the long run. (Cf. Orlanth, Yelm and the Great Darkness myths).
