For those who don't belong to the HW Rules e-group the files section is actually at:

http://www.egroups.com/files/hw-rules/

(the files section also has excellent Word ToC's for the HW books)

You'll probably have to join e-groups to get access to the files - in which case make sure you go for the digest message option or you'll be totally swamped.

If anyone wants to put these files on a more accessible website feel free to copy them over.
