Re-publishing HW

I truly hate to criticize the effort that went into HW. Its editors were, after all, being intensely pressured by most of us to get it done. Given the choice between "Get it out now" and "Get it out perfect", I'd still have chosen earlier availability.

Further, there may be cost and marketing advantages to the trade paperback size that we don't now about. For example, how much cheaper is it to produce? Is shipping much cheaper? Is it easier to get shelf space?

That said, I'm an easy mark. If Issaries re-edited the books so that they came in a nice big, beautiful hardback, I'd buy it again.
