0 = Origin
In Entekosiad there is a myth about the great dance. It tells about 6 gates and I quote: "At that time the Sixt gate was opened, and people would come to visit who had been gone for a long time. Ancestors and grandparents came, and sometimes folks from dreams or from the bone land" This seems to support the theory that directions and worlds have some kind of connection. That also suggests that at -Z would be the dream world, but dream world isn't really a valid choice for a world, because there would also need to be a dream viewpoint, to see the world from.
Dragons should also be at -Z, because they are trying to reunite themselves with the cosmic dragon, which existed before Glorantha. This would also tie up nicely with dragonewts being lucid and would eliminate the need for a dream world, since for the dragons this world would be it.
Giants. Yeah they definetly should have a world of their own, but you could also place them at 0, and make the dragons war with giants a war where the dragons warred to disassociate themselves from this world (in which they have succeeded, atleast partially). Or you could really make the them +Z and associate the whole Z part with time, making the Giants for corporeality or for reality in a bigger sense. 0 would explain the lack of "giantish magic", but then +Z would remain empty...
