There are no presidents of Caladraland AFAIK. The notorious Runequest Companion reference was contradicted by the Dragon's Past #1 in Different Worlds #28, that can be seen at:

making it probably the first and only example of an RQ2 greg.
The Glorantha: Intro take on Caladraland is somewhat different again and is probably the most radical change compared with previous sources.
The closest parallel to US presidents is probably the Darjiinian Manimati as they get torn to pieces by the sex-obsessed congresses if their behaviour isn't satisfactory.
