You mean a succesful one from the Dragonewt to remove the Dragon knowledge ?

Does it means than when something miraculously good happens to you, it is a succesful HQ from your side while when something miraculously bab happens, it is a succesful HQ from your ennemy ?

From my humble experience with KoDP it seems quite easy to mess a HQ and it has very visible effects.

They do such a thing in Casino Town IIRC. I vaguely remember a novel about a Sartarite HQ that goes through SPH to Asrelia cave with drawing something from a jar(?) to get magic gifts. There is also that tournament with the Pharao and the swords on which Humakti stack their Gifts.

People in Glorantha definitely know that they have to put something at risk to get "involved with the other side" (magic) and that they can get nothing in return. "gambling" must be associated with the Trickster.
