I'd avoid the term 'Transsexuality', which is a mine-field of modern connotations. Your gist would be about right, though.

I mean they're entirely _socially_ (and magically) women, not (necessarily) physically, or in outward appearance. For that a trip to your friendly neighbourhood Voralan might be more in order.
