Yes, he's the Creator. Unfortunately not all of us can get an e-mail response from him and he seems sometimes to imitate the Invisible God.

We are all the Gods of Glorantha and when you get disturbing dreams in which a lot of people are praying to you its a sign of this.

Myself I suspect that I am Vrimak, the Big Bird (but only because I don't want to be Mother Duck...)
