Dead?

I found a posting by Sandy Petersen back in 1995 (Digest V2 #231) in which he wrote:

	Yelm is actually in the true Hell, down in the Dark. Ernalda
	is just in the Earth. But technically dead, just the same.

So apparently at least one god is considered "dead" when in Hell. - --
