Dead on right in the first part, if these Mostali are so tapped out of stone and metal that they must use organics AT ALL to make things. But assuming that, no way would Mostali ever think to duplicate wood veneers. Their tastes run to shiny-shiny, machined surfaces, not inorganic duplicates of organic forms. Think industrial, or art deco.
