I just got to the following message in my inbox. First Chaos Iced Tea puts out a "Lunar Lemon" flavor, then this happens...
From information on your web pages I found that the name "Sun Hawk" was copyrighted by you in 1995. That name is not registered in either the Secretary of Sate or Corporation Commission offices of the State of New Mexico according to their responses to my inquiry.
The name is on a sign that is on a locked gate to property owned by me and others. This property is listed for sale and the listing broker cannot gain access to the property to show it to a buyer. I personally filed (as a prior corporate owner) the easement of ingress and egress documents on the road over twenty five years ago. If necesary I will take legal action to remove this gate.
