Humakt initiation

OK its got me stuffed. Somewhere someone has written a Humakt initiation involving the sacrifice of some much beloved hunting dogs. Can anyone tell me where this is & who the author might be? I've tried my usual sources (ToTRM, TT etc) & the archives but seem to have contracted domestic blindness.
