I have also started a campain in Carmania, and have a website. It is still very much in development, and a lot of the material is unofficial, but you are free to borrow as many ideas as you see fit from it.
As was said on the digest, the two best sites are Nick Brooke's page (http://www.btinternet.com/~Nick_Brooke/Carmania) and Loren Miller's page (http://www.ioxy.com/fabworlds/Carmania).
The three folks who weighed in on the digest are all good sources. Nick wrote an article on the Oronin Valley in Tales 16, and Peter wrote the Glorantha book for Hero Wars. Wes is one of the authors of the Lunar Imperial Handbook due out next year. Unfortunately, there seems to be some bad blood between Wes and the other two folks. <sigh>
