     Still, he is the patron saint of tax collectors (as well as accountants in general). So, if he were Gloranthan, his followers would get nifty financial magic and could presumably become heroes.

     Dara Happa also has lots of smiths and the like, who also stay in their professions, and could certainly become heroes IMO. And heroic smiths from myth and fiction are less hard to think of examples of :-) The advantage that the Heortlings have, IMO, is that most of their heroes are heroic at kicking the crap out of their enemies.
