Ok, I give up.

I've been reading backwards through a buildup of unread Digests, and in the looong writeup about military training the acronym O/i keeps coming up.

What in Gorgorma's Smile does that mean? Orlanthi/imperial? Obvious/inobvious? Obnoxious/introverted? I can't figure it out from context.
