Personally, the Lunar Empire is the easiest to understand Gloranthan Empire. When I consider the previous Dara Happan Empire with its rigourous restrictions and probable difficulty in getting along with divergent people, the Carmanian Empire with its brutal efficiency, the EWF... , the Second Council? th MSE. The Empire of Splendour is certainly as different from Ancient China as the Lunar is from an Mediterranean Empire.
