Wary as I am of wandering into this thread...

The suppression of Sartar's cult is surely made easier by its strong links to the cities and government. Finding the cult's followers and supporters is relatively straightforward, especially compared with the likes of the Hidden Gale. I'm also dubious how much Sartar's cult _is_ surpressed, given the continued Lunar support for a prince of Sartar's line.
