urban heortlings

I put together some keywords for urban Pavic Heortlings, which will be in the next Vol of the P&BR Companion

Its in layout at the moment, but still open to change for the next 2-3 weeks if anyone has some ideas on urban heortling life they'd like to throw my way

I might include a cultural variation explanation in comparison to Thunder Rebels info
