Firstly, it is still possible to be a draconist (ask any Kralori). I merely answered the question for Orlanth Dragonfriend. This was only one of many EWF cults that are now no longer worshipped.

It's impossible for humans to speak Auld Wyrmish beyond 25% (RQ Terms), barring some drastic surgery (tongue and brain).

"World view"? What's that? You've confused the issue between what Orlanth sees as bad and how authority within their society should be exercised. Sorcery, Dragons, Kinstrife etc, all these things are bad. Making people do things is bad. Doing bad things is bad. Warning people against doing bad things is good.
