I'll have to ask him; he didn't mention it at the time, and this was the very last thing that happened before we broke up on Saturday.

Well, something funky was going on with Time here; the Outer Atomic Explorers had returned from a trip into Chaos and had landed in the wrong Age, after all, and time doesn't appear to exist at all in Chaos. They ejected our escape pod when they were about to enter Chaos again, and we were apparently out of sync with Time (can't remember Sandy's exact words here). That we might be trapped in a pocket of the Syndic's Ban may be my conjecture, as well. "Timeless" was my adjective, I believe.
