But that runespell is not sensible; it's a holy force for sending the spirits of you co-religionists to the afterlife properly. Using it as an all-purpose undead burning power is sort of like the way that some vampire hunters nip into churches and steal all the holy water. It's a matter of piety; besides, a Waha shaman should have enough mojo to deal with an undead or two -- you didn't hear Waha crying about it, did you?
