Your knowledge is evidently somewhat lacking.

Latin names for members of the Imperial Government (Bellex Maximus, Appius Luxius, Dagius Furius, Gordius Silverus, etc.) are from the Genertela Book.

Latin names for Imperial Masks (Magnificus, Artifex, Voracius, Venerabilis, etc.) are from the Fortunate Succession.

Latin (and generic Classical-pastiche) names for Lunars come from throughout Glorantha's publishing history. See most especially the "Lunar Name Generator" in Wyrms Footnotes.

This is *not* a Megacorp innovation, by any means.

Time for another Damascene conversion?
