All of the above, and more besides. All depending on the "type" of dragon. In large part, that's a matter of which true dragon they're descended from/dreamt by/a manifestion of. Or the nature of their development/devolution/evolution therefrom...

Kralori dragons probably look significantly different from those "native" to Dragon Pass, also...
