It seems the holder of a primal rune gets significant collateral worship from about everybody.

IIRC (talking about Uleria with Greg, Alex and Nick at last Tentacles) it seems that merely liking somebody or something is worshipping Uleria. So everybody does except creatures of Chaos and the Mostali (who must neither "like" nor "not like" his function, just do it).

I doubt that many people are aware of it inside Glorantha.
