Gods vs. great gods

A great god has a big enough connection to something Really Important but Too Big to Worship.

Any other god doesn't.

These connections can be made within Time (Red Goddess) and possible severed within Time (Zorak Zoran??), but either requires quite a bit o'doing.

It could be done by badass philosophizing, badass heroquesting, or any other sufficiently badass badassity.

It still doesn't make Blue Thing, Not George any less strange an NPC or Kahdels Craftwing any less pugnacious a Duck.
