I have to pose the possibility that the reason no 'Mrs Pavis' is mentioned in history is that there was no Mrs Pavis in the city

Perhaps Pavis had a partner in the EWF who bore him children, and she never came to the new city

Any Quest to emulate a Mrs Pavis would therefore be pointless, and it would be more impressive of the Lunars to claim their association to Pavis by fulfilling some ancient objective that Pavis himself failed at (and this objective would surely have some mythic component)
