Sounds like a nice HeroWars start event - desperate times call for desperate measures. :)

Actually most of the Western Reaches are outside of the Glowline, per the map of the Lunar Empire on Issaries website:

Basically, south-eastern Jhor and a bit of eastern Worian (including Brinnus, home of the Magi) are under the glowline.

Yea, that's nasty. The Closing is finally gone for good, but now the winds are screwed up. Somebody is going to have to do something about that... <laugh>
