This is Efendi.

How many are people in Raibanth? 500 thousands? or over a million?

If a million lived in Raibanth, Raibanth would breed them because Raibanth has a good supply of water & food, a navigability, and its trading & industry prosper.

But, the cities on the shores of Oslir are not only Raibanth also Yuthuppa, Alkoth, Elz Ast and so on. That only Raibanth is grown is hardly convincing. Or that all cities have a million people is more hardly convincing.
Of course, Glamour has 50 thousands people. However, the origin of Glamour is not spontaneous. Maybe, the successive rulers of the Lunar Empire rounded up people for growing their capital. (The conquered Istanbul was under the same situation.)
And now, Glamour is the center of politics and religion. On the other, Raibanth is one of the center of economy. Raibanth need not be equal to Glamour.

The population of the fertileDarjeen is 950 thousands. It could be that the countryside of Darjeen have enough populations. Thus I think Raibanth has about 100 thousands people.

By the way, Venezia in 16c had 100 thousands people. On the Venezian Ragooza, the three-story buildings, the senate, the cathedrals, the offices, and the shipyard were in 7.6 sq km . The extent of Raibanth may be equal to Venezia. And the diameter of Raibanth may be 3km.

I think the shape of Raibanth is a circle. The circinate wall is exellent for defensing and looks like the sun/wheel. Maybe, the city hall is on the center like Yelm/hub. And from here the roads lay radially like the sunlight/spokes.
(That may be the traditional citybuilding of Dara Happa. Glamour was obstructed by the Crator.)

Of cource, many poor people live around the wall. They may be about 10 thousands. It looks like a middle city as Furthest. If the city is a sun, they are clouds. They are a seed of disturbance.

How about it?
