Nothing that Greg has said at all contradicts, rules out, or otherwise negates this. Greg was saying there was no d. _Other World_, I think. Personally I'd say, have such a thing, and worry about nuances like "is it _really_ draconic, as such?" and "is it a heroplane domain, a Short World, Or What?" less than entirely predetermined, unless you absolutely want to give yourself more cosmological headaches than you have to... (Then again, I can talk, given this thread...)

You seem to be implying here that you think that really, "deep down", the Underworld is an Other World. Or if not, your meaning is not apparent...
