It ought to reduce personality scores for independence or increase them for submissiveness (if you use scores for personality traits). Or it might have more ambiguous effects (green age after all) like adding 10 to "Good Wife".
Perhaps is gives her a "flaw" along the lines of "Always obey solar authorities 10w". This might explain why Orlanth had to rescue her, instead of her running away.
