There's another double entendre that you might have missed. "S.O.B." is a colloquial abbreviation for "son of a bitch", which is a mild curse that one might mutter in disgust, resignation, or frustration. All of these emotions have been felt by participants and onlookers of the debate.

Or at least, that's the way I took it.
