Tusk Riders aren't human? They are as human as Ogres, Agimori, Waertagi, Vadeli, Hsunchen or any
of the other human types in Glorantha.

I was under the impression that werebeasts were basically a specialised form of the basic Hsunchen types. Most are born to the Hsunchen clans, some are born from HeroQuesting or other magical actvity, some just pop up out of nowhere. They are all pretty much human, though.
